Maestro! Tour Management was founded by Ken Grundy in 1994 with the mission of providing specialised travel and touring services to the performing arts.

Maestro! recognised the importance of the internet to the professional touring community at an early stage, in particular the ever growing need for 'instant' access to 'real-time' tour information both in the planning stage and for tour staff on the road. In 2003 Maestro! commissioned Kulture Shock Media to design and implement an online, real-time Tour Management system that could be accessed anytime, anywhere that one could access the web. The result of this work is our 'Tour Manager' system now being used widely by our clients worldwide. Tour Manager allows complete, real-time management of all aspects of the tour and allows for strict budget management to be maintained throughout the process.

Maestro! Tour Management is an accredited agent of IATA (the International Air Transport Association) and is fully bonded by the United Kingdom Civil Aviation Authority, holding ATOL (Air Travel Organisers License) No. 9141.

Maestro! takes advantage of the latest communications technologies to provide a world-class global service from our headquarters in Liverpool, UK. Our North America Production office is located in Saratoga Springs, New York.
